As CEO of SB Development AB I am responsible for the handling of your personal information on our website. This means that I have to make sure that you as visitor are aware that we are collecting your personal information, how we do that and why. We also make sure that you actively can request to have your information changed, limit how we use your information, request what information we have about you as well as use the right to have us delete your personal information from our system. We do not share your information with a third party if we do not have your approval to do so.

SB Development AB takes information security very seriously. Therefore we handle all information in accordance with established security standards and routines to protect it from being used, changed, spread and deleted by non-authorized parties.

How long do we keep your personal information?

SB Development AB will keep your personal information as long as you are our customer. Thereafter it will only be saved to be compliant with regulatory requirements. When that is no longer necessary, your personal information will be deleted or made anonymous. Please note that some personal information is essential for us to keep to be able to fulfill our parts of an agreement with you or for other legal grounds, e.g. information about agreements, invoiced services, and can in that case not be limited nor deleted.
